Case Summary:  We are leading a national lawsuit against McDonald’s for hiding the true cost of their breakfast meals. McDonald’s breakfast value meals prominently advertise a picture of Orange Juice alongside those meals at a specific price. However, if you order the orange juice as a part of the meal, McDonald’s adds a hidden extra charge (a "surcharge").
