Cameron W. Nazemi is an accomplished legal advocate and corporate strategist with over 15 years of experience across the legal and real estate sectors. As the founder of CWN, Inc., he serves as Lead Class Counsel in nationwide consumer protection actions, challenging deceptive trade practices by some of the world's largest brands.

Prior to focusing on class action litigation, Mr. Nazemi established a distinguished career as a General Counsel and executive leader for industry-leading organizations. His diverse background provides the firm with a unique vantage point on corporate liability:
- Executive Counsel in CRE Tech: Served as Vice President of Legal & Business Affairs for Ten-X (now a CoStar Company), where he shepherded the legal operations for a platform that facilitated over billions in residential and commercial sales.
- Institutional Regulatory Expertise: As General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Pender Capital, an SEC-registered institutional lender, he oversaw the legal framework and compliance for the origination of over $676 million in commercial debt.
- Portfolio Management & Acquisitions: Served as Senior Vice President & General Counsel for Red Mountain Group, managing a retail portfolio exceeding four million square feet and facilitating over $100 million in annual acquisitions.
- Luxury Hospitality Strategy: Provided strategic counsel for the management of assets valued in excess of $1 billion, including iconic luxury resorts and private equity-backed hospitality portfolios, including KSL Resorts.
