Cameron Nazemi

Managing Principal

Cameron Nazemi founded CWN, Inc. to ensure corporate accountability and transparency regarding deceptive and abusive practices. This perspective allows Mr. Nazemi to meticulously dissect corporate behavior, peeling back the layers of deceptive practices that are often buried within complex process flows that are institutionally adopted, with the end objective of deceiving the consumer. Where corporations rely on the density of their internal systems to shield misconduct, CWN, Inc. applies a forensic lens to uncover the truth and enforce transparency.

As former General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for major institutional platforms, Mr. Nazemi brings a rare level of corporate insight to the world of consumer advocacy. This background provides him with an insider’s perspective on how companies assess risk and manage liability—knowledge he now uses to level the playing field for everyday consumers.

His career has been defined by a deep immersion in the legal departments and boardrooms of multi-billion-dollar organizations. Having directed legal, compliance, and risk operations for public and private corporations, including holding leadership roles at KSL Resorts, Pender Capital, and Ten-X, he possesses an intimate knowledge of how large-scale organizations evaluate liability, structure defensive maneuvers, and navigate complex regulatory frameworks.

Today, Mr. Nazemi utilizes his “institutional sense” to protect consumers and stakeholders from systemic overreach. His work spans nationwide federal litigation, complex property disputes, and strategic corporate advisory, focusing on rectifying institutional harms through elite-level advocacy and operational expertise.
